All fields on the Client Information Sheet are fillable! 

With more and more tax clients requesting remote tax preparation via email, client portal, etc., I have added fillable fields to our Client Information Sheet. 

Many of our tax clients receive the Earned Income Tax Credit. I have spent several tax seasons fine tuning our Client Information Sheet to help ensure that we ask all questions and document all answers needed to meet the EITC Due Diligence requirements for each client.

I have attempted to make our Client Information Sheet as professional and thorough as possible, while at the same time, streamlined and easy to read and understand.

Our clients fill out the information sheet prior to tax preparation. We then go through and verify all information with our clients during tax preparation and make additional notes as needed.
